Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

As with many apps, it really helps to know at least some basic HTML code. Fortunately, Yotpo has a pretty user-friendly interface that does take a little time getting used to, but because the forums and support are so incredible, I never feel stressed out. Eric and Anne have both helped me resolve issues very quickly that would have taken me much longer to resolve, especially design issues and learning how to integrate product reviews on product pages. Their chat is available 24/7. What I love about the app are some of the features that really upscale the feel of my website, like the persistent review tab and review carousel. The other great aspect is the integration with social media. My reviews are integrated into Facebook and Yotpo will post automatically to remind my customers (and potential customers) to buy products that others have reviewed. And most importantly, it has helped to increase my sales. I would definitely recommend this app.

Fantastic app. VERY easy to use, which is rare in my opinion. Their tutorial when you first start is amazing. A technical dummy like me was able to figure it out very quickly. I had one small problem in trying to install some code, but their customer service guy helped me within a day AND attached screenshots so I could learn how to do it. 5 massive stars.

I really am so excited about this app. We are a brand new company and establishing trust in our products is HUGE in driving conversions. Trust me- I did this in my last job all manually!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP! So many good things to say about it. We used two other review apps that were bad. Expensive and didn't work well at all. We switched to Yotpo and it has so many awesome features and unbelievably good support. You can set up email requests for reviews, customize the look, setup reminders for reviews, and customize the way the reviews come into your site. There are other installations available--all which help to feature what people love about your products.

The support for this app blew me away. We worked with Paulo for setup in the online chat and I have never received better online support anywhere. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through each question that we had. We only had a number because we wanted to use every feature available on the app!
