I had a problem setting it up. I don't know how to do code or websites really. They helped me right away.
Amazing help - Arven was fantastic and helped us solve all of our coding issues. Spent as long as we needed with him and was polite and friendly throughout.
Very speedy and on point service ! Customizability and language settings is possible and the backoffice has been improved since the first versions. I have used Yotpo in several different webshops and is a n important part for our customer journey

Support was quick, knowledgeable & helpful. There are some limitations if you are on the free version or monthly payment. We are still at an early stage of testing out this app but so far, we are happy with this app!
