The customer service via chat with Eunice was quick and painless -- we have repeatedly found Yotpo customer service to be some of the easiest and most efficient to deal with.
Allen was very helpful. I had minor issues installing on 2.0 but they knocked it out pretty quick. Grateful for speedy service.

Great help! I had many questions that were addressed very quickly. Im out of things to say, but I need to get to 100 characters.
Great product. Reviews look great on the website and customers can review directly from their inbox. Shame they doubled their prices for the paid plans, if they ever decide to drop them, we would be more than happy to consider. The free plans are 80% what we need so definitely worth the time downloading and setting up :)
Within two days of installing this application, we received 17 reviews, all 100% positive which saved us a lot of administration creating something in Survey Monkey, with the added bonus that the reviews publish on our website, people can see they are genuine (verified) people and this is helping us grow sales!
Gimbert did an absolutely amazing job with very little effort on my part...just took charge and got it done...knocked it out of the ballpark!! Very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and great troubleshooting skills. I was multi tasking and made the transaction so effortless.
