Free plan is convenient way to gather some reviews but beyond 50 reviews you'll be looking at absurd pricing (min $5K annually) with no way to trial the premium features. They may be great but I'll never find out since there is no trial.
Primary beefs
- Annoying that prices aren;t stated on an available page, you are forced to take a sales call
- Prices are presented as monthly, but since they only bill annually, I perceive it as a smokescreen to real pricing.
- No trial - If the product is so great, why do I have to spend nearly $5,000 ($399 monthly X 12) to “test” ROI?
- the free version does not do anything I can't do with competeing low cost software, so I would suggest you start with something else rather than switching when you hit 50 reviews
Yotpo makes collecting and featuring reviews really easy and clear. Reviews are a huge part of my business :)
Not only does the app work great, customer service is amazing. I used the LiveChat on their site, and Diane made the changes I wanted to my store product pages in a few minutes. She didn't just send me a link with directions. She made the changes in real time. I checked the look on my store to approve, and we were done in a few minutes. Really impressed - and I'm still on the free plan!
Manny from customer service was amazing! He noticed that my star rating was not updated and he was able to make all the changes and even helped me customize the appearance of it on my site. I did not have to touch a thing.
The app allows potential customers the opportunity to see what reviews have been left by other customers which can help new customers make a decision to shop with you. It is a must have. Anne was Awesome in installing the widgets and publishing the theme for me. Excellent customer service!!!
