Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

The app is easy to use; however, there are some issues during my experience which I think are not quite convenient. Whenever I want to change the widget's display, it doesn't show immediately even though I select the "immediate update" button. This thing also happens with the auto-publish review (They told me that the review is published within 24 hours, but I thought it's supposed to be posted right after being submitted). Also, there is no "import reviews" part on the app at my end, and that's quite weird, but they did help me input it on the website. In general, the team is really supportive. They helped me to fix those problems quite fast. But if those above issues are fixed, it would give a better experience for users.

I really am so excited about this app. We are a brand new company and establishing trust in our products is HUGE in driving conversions. Trust me- I did this in my last job all manually!! Mary Ann in the customer service team was amazing am very happy with the support she provided. My developers were having problems displaying the star ratings on various pages of the website. Mary Ann helped me with this instantly and was able to do this for me.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP! So many good things to say about it. We used two other review apps that were bad. Expensive and didn't work well at all. We switched to Yotpo and it has so many awesome features and unbelievably good support. You can set up email requests for reviews, customize the look, setup reminders for reviews, and customize the way the reviews come into your site. There are other installations available--all which help to feature what people love about your products.

The support for this app blew me away. We worked with Paulo for setup in the online chat and I have never received better online support anywhere. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through each question that we had. We only had a number because we wanted to use every feature available on the app!
