Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Lots of great features in this app. It takes the idea of reviews to a new level and even automates most of the work. So far I have enjoyed the features of this app and am considering going to the premium version for the advanced features.

Had an amazing experience with the costumer support, Ed helped me with the installation of this great app and i just had to answer some questions and he took his knowledge and helpen me throughout the whole process. Thank you Ed and Yotpo! Also a little suggestion maybe make the prices a little bit more affordable for starters

Not only do I love the app itself - easy to use, looks great, lots of options, great features etc... The automatic review request emails are great and really help automate the process and collect review.

What REALLY sets this app apart is the service! I switched themes and hired a freelancer (first mistake) who just royally messed up my site and the yotpo reviews widget just disappeared. Jaypee worked with me for probably a month trying to figure out what caused the issue and how to fix it and eventually figured it out. I was amazed at how many times I had reached out to other freelancers for help, the developers of the theme etc... and was just kinda told it doesn't work and to use something else, but Jaypee knew this is the app I wanted on my site and fixed the issue. I'll be a lifetime yotpo app user from here on and can't wait until my store expands enough to add more of their features and services.
If you're new to ecomm you know how overwhelming all of the hiccups and obstacles can become and knowing that the people behind the app truly care is SUCH a relief and gives me the greatest peace of mind.

This review is specifically for Jo Lorenz, who assisted us so quickly, efficiently and precisely. Our review widget suddenly wasn't showing up. Jo immediately requested access to dive in and fix the issue. The issue was fixed in the same day access was granted. We noticed the mobile layout was off, and that was fixed nearly immediately after contacting Jo.

Loving Yotpo! I had some difficulty with uploading the application onto my website and Mary Ann from Yotpo was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend using this app for your business.

App is flakey at best. Consistently disconnects from the store, and spams our customers non stop with the same email

Great app and customer service. I've spoken to almost everyone via chat with some help I needed and always am assisted well. Both yesterday and today for example I was able to sort out questions. Rilu and Orly helped me out and were friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Very much enjoying this app. It works well and easily. Also, I was able to modify the colors so that the app had the same color scheme as the rest of my site. Very nice!
