Few words for such a WONDERFUL app. If you want reviews on your website and you want simplicity, download this app. I have 10 reviews in under 2-3 days. Now total is 20 and received one of their badges to put on my website. I can't tell how you bad a$$ this app is.

Wanted to hide my reviews widget on the store until I get my first reviews with their Mailing tool; however, that couldn't be done from the dashboard.
Luckily, the customer support was really forthcoming and explained to me how to do it on Shopify admin side.

I have been with Yotpo since 2015. I am disappointed to find Yotpo doesn't compare well with reviews.io, they offer a more comprehensive package for a cheaper price. i.e custom questions, customer images and Google rich snippets. I tried contacting support but a robotic support agent didn't reassure me.
I use this app in 2 websites. I think is very useful because allow to your website to improve the trust. You can share the review of the customer also in social network.
