Easy company to work with I was having trouble publishing my reviews to my page as I needed them to show and I was connected with Allen M who assisted right away! Thank you so much because I was struggling trying to figure it out took him all of 10 minutes to get everything done!
Awesome and easy to Integrate
Even starting on the Free Reviews plan this app is the leader of the pack. Lemuel Yotpo was awesome in providing prompt and useful direction with my questions. This looks like a winner.
Also Yotpo Radly was an awesome help in finding a tweak that I needed.
The app is not only excellent, but the support also truly stands out. Daniel is amazing! I required technical assistance for my website, and his responses were incredibly prompt. He not only addressed my specific questions but also efficiently fixed the issue.

I used to like this app. After some issues, I reached out to try to figure it out, and the support has not been helpful at all. Very frustrating. I hope to find a replacement instead of using them.
