I love this app, the support was amazing and i am happy that they give us the option to put the code manually, which helped me know exactly where the app codes are on which page and where they are on the page.
Another great option is the SEO page that not every app offers it.

The app does what I need it to do at this point. My store is very very young and the free portion works good for what I need. But I had a demo call with Gal Baum and he really helped out a lot by walking through the app step by step with me, and going over all the features. Very professional, very thorough, and understood exactly what to do for my needs.

Junalou helped me to integrate my review site to my new e-commerce site. I had no idea how to fix it and they were very helpful. Junalou also helped me to retrieve the reviews i thought would be lost. They were very patient with me and made sure everything was working correctly for me!! if I could rate Junalou they would be a 10 out of 10!!! Thank you so much!
Not much to say except Yotpo is clearly the best. Unfortunately, there are no real competitors on the same level as Yotpo so you really have to pay if you want all the features.
We use Yotpo to set up our review system so that our customers can leave us an honest review about a week after they receive and start using their product. There is no pressure for customers to leave one, but if they don't we send a final followup about two weeks later. Yotpo makes it so easy to not only set all of this up but check in and maintain it as well. In order to display reviews on your website it's a simple widget addition and if you get stuck installing it their support team is so helpful in installing it for you. Jeorge Kenneth V helped me today with an issue with our widget displaying on mobile and he was fast, helpful and kind. Thanks Yotpo!
Can someone please assist? Been a Yotpo-paying customer for years. I logged many email requests for support. Tried to talk to a bot and can't get any support. Please help me or send csv file of reviews to import into another Review app. My app is not opening for days now and only gives a blank screen. Very frustrating not to access my reviews and even more frustrating not to get any help. I tried all available channels for support many times now. Hope to get some help here
