A+ 10/10 app and great customer service. Having a good review system helps us convert more customers on our website, I highly recommend giving this app a try, the Yotpo SMS bump app is a great addition too.

Yotpo support is always very helpful, courteous and prompt. App works as needed, but whenever needing help with more technical requests they're always a pleasure to deal with.

onboarding team worked hard and did as much as they could to help us set up. Reviews are looking better onsite than with Trustpilot.

I added the app, but the colours weren't sitting well with our theme and made the copy unreadable. The support team helped me to change these colours over live chat really quickly. I feel they could be there for any other small support changes.

This is an amazing app! But what is more amazing is the 24 / 7 customer service. I have had issues across several stores and they are always there and always fix what is usually user error lol

Can I give zero stars? The worst. I really had a bad experience with Yotpo. Their platform is extremely clunky to use and I don't recommend using them. You want to use another platform because Yotpo will really slow your website down. They're just not made to really work well with Shopify. They're probably going to say in the reply 'yes we are!'. No. They're not.

Really poor customer service too. They're super unfriendly. We were told a lot of untruths by Yotpo that resulted in a $1200 payment being taken from our account - even though we had cancelled months prior. So, if you're a small business and don't want to lose money to an unsupportive company - seriously... look somewhere else.

Go with a company that will integrate with your newsletter software, won't slow your website down and get you penalised by Google. This is really important for your growth as a business.

Also, Yotpo are being left behind by their competitors. Important to note again with Google - you want Google seller reviews. These are very useful for sales. Yotpo does not offer a good option for this.

I used a lot of review apps for my websites but Yotpo is definitely the best one, the most professional + there's a great customer service!

Even with the free plan, it is quite powerful and is able to support our business needs. Their customer support is very responsive (even through email) and helped us solve our issues very quickly.
