Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I’m pleased with their customer service specially Jandy who was prompt to help with what I needed and understood my request. What I don’t like is that in order for us to use our hard earned reviews of the same product on another shop I have to upgrade and I tried to upgrade before but was extremely expensive for small businesses. Overall I am very satisfied with Jandy’s support.

So far so good. I like the all the extras you get with this review app. I, being a consumer myself, know that reviews can definitely sway a person's decision whether to buy or not to buy. So I realized early on how important reviews were going to be for my products. I installed another review app before I installed this one and it did as promised, but it didn't go the extra step of e-mailing the customer after a purchase has been made to proactively retrieve a review. I haven't made any on-line sales yet with this app installed, so I can't comment on if it actually works ! But the insulation of the app was easy enough, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Best Customer Service Team :) Very prompt and helped me resolve all issues in no time. I just wish YotPo allowed integrating reviews from Amazon.

Allen Yotpo & James Yotpo have both been really helpful! The response time was quick too in assisting me with my issue. I love the app already and can't wait to carry on using it! James also took over the back end of my store to help me resolve an issue quicker as I integrated here from another app. I love how sleek the reviews look on my site! Thank you James :)

Great App. tested it for a few months now and slowly getting the hang of it.

Thumps up for

1. I love the fact that customers can write a review right in the review request email. They do not need to be redirected to do this.

2. Love that reviews can be posted on twitter and facebook. Integrates well with these platforms.

3. Love the reviews tab on the website too and the options to automate or manually post reviews.

I gave it 4 stars because I'd like to be able to integrate customer pictures. Can this be done? If so, I'll definitely be giving a 5 star rating!
