We used Yotpo in our Bigcommerce platform and then migrated to Shopify recently. Ronel helped us to set up our yotpo review carousel. His service was excellent and he was ready to help with other concerns. Thank you very much.
So far the support was pretty good. I had some issues where the widget was not showing on the product page but tnx to Lemuel it's working now. Also cool that you can customize the widget with ur brand color.
Wonderful experience with Yotpo all Support Members; Rhemy, James, specially Joian Z who give special support to fix the 25 products reviews manually and other members helped to migrate the reviews WordPress to Shopify.

Not 100% sure I'm smart enough to use this app, but Donner P was incredible. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Donner needs a raise! :)
The app is ok, but the support is so bad, that you better hope you don't have any issues. I contacted them in 3 ways - 2 emails and 1 chat (on their site). The chat rep responded 4 days later, telling me to email them. The email rep responded 4 days later telling me that what I need to do is possible, but didn't tell me how to do it. At that point, why have a support department at all?
