I'm currently testing multiple review tools. I ended up installing another review app that is localized to my market. Yotpo gives the free version up to 50 order per month that is a great starting point for small businesses.

Phenomenal customer server & easy to use! I had an issue with install, but Sheen, from CS, helped install it within minutes. Hoping this helps provide social proof!

The customer service is wasting a lot of my time. I believe they don't have time to read properly my emails and they keep going answering with completely pointless answers. I think it would take just a little bit more to understand what is my problem and try to really help me. By the way.. Automatic email after purchase are not working properly and I still don't understand if they are sent after the purchase or after the order is fulfilled. (I already wrote 3 emails to understand this point and I just got 3 answers without an answer!)

I will now have to invest time to understand if it's possible to transfer the reviews to a new app and how to do that..

For sure I cannot hope in any real help from this people.

Thank you for wasting at least 1 hour of my time!!!

レビューに表示される名前が注文時の氏名の「姓の一文字と、名前」のため、日本人だと注文時の個人情報である本名がほぼ全て表示されることになります。そのため、日本人からのレビューを受ける可能性がある店ではレビュー者の氏名が表示されないようにコードを追加する必要があります。
詳細を調べようと思っても、説明はすべて英語です。
しかし常に担当の方にチャットで問い合わせることができるようになっていて、サポートを受けることができます。慣れないコードのコピーで戸惑っていたところ、丁寧なサポートをしていただき、無事に導入することができました。
チャットが日本語でできるとさらに良いのですが、日本語は全く通じません。でもウェブ翻訳でも理解していただいて、サポートをしていただけます。

Love this app! So simple to install and was very easy to alter the look to compliment our store, we think it looks great. The customers seem to love the way they can respond within an email and we have a 17% response rate already. Cannot fault it!
