Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Just installed this. The step by step instructions are super clear. Once you have installed it there are loads of tweaks you can make to personalise the app and extra things you can add too - for free! This looks completely superb - can't wait to see the reviews rolling in!

I'm enjoying this app, I'm very glad I added it and went for the premium version. The support is great and I hope Yotpo will soon overtake Trustpilot etc and become the #1 reviews provider.
I use the 'mail after purchase' function instead of having a mailing list, because if my customers want to buy a framed gift they will have already had this reminder.

Very helpful staff! Great service, simplifies managing reviews from collection to sharing though Facebook and Twitter!

This has been a fantastic app so I decided to post an update after now using it for over 5 months:
This app is great and they also allow to add a star rating to the collection pages and product pages anywhere we'd like. The customer service is friendly and helpful. They also, keep updating to make it better.
This is the best review app for shopify and it has a great free plan.
If you need extras (which, really only really large stores need) they have plans with many extras if needed.

A review app that you can grow with!

I felt compelled to write a review, because this is the BEST shopify app i've ever used! Just install it and see for yourself. I never expected to get reviews so fast before. It's user-friendly for the customers to be able to review straight from the email they receive.

Installed this app yesterday and total setup was complete within an hour. Very easy and user friendly. Experienced one hiccup with the website review tab, reached out to Yotpo customer service and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Great experience so far. I highly recommend the app. I've had a great experience with product reviews for years. Until today Ive never had a problem but suddenly my newest reviews weren't showing on my site. I got on Chat with Jeorge Kenneth V and he took the time to investigate and resolve the problem quickly and with patience. Soon everything was displaying like normal again. Great customer service which I really appreciate!

I had some initial issues with this app but it was quickly rectified and looks great on my store.

I would highly recommend this app and the developer to all.

Yotpo is by far the best reviews platform we have tried on Shopify. Email after purchase is an absolute must-have and Yotpo does this really well. We haven't used other features as effectively but we like that they are constantly improving their offering. Their sales and support team is also a class act.
