Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

That used to be a very well application, with good and attractive FREE plans, but ALSO reasonable priced PAID plans, with normal prices and competitive plans.

Unfortunately they have changed 180 degrees, and gone to non pricing disclosure, a FREE plan that provides literally nothing, and paid plan raised from 30$ to 399$..

In which business plan do you swift pricing from 30$ to 399$?

I am really sorry for you guys taking down that road.

Merchant from Japan. I totally love this great App. Cannot descirbe with my poor English, so please try out the free plan and just experience it! Our store has enhanced its charm with our happy customers' voice.
And one more thing, the chat help assitance service is great. They are most willingly! I'm so thankful to Sheen for helping solve the problem.

The customer support was fast, friendly and efficient. They answered. My question quickly and resolved the issue.

I didn't know if I could freely change the avatar of the customer review. It can be changed only with the prime plan. Thank you for politely teaching me in chat.

Great app! Got us our first few reviews and seems to have a good conversion rate. Only downside is we feel the paid version are a bit too expensive (or perhaps we just can't afford it), would be great if you can consider bringing down the price, or perhaps introduce a one off payment instead of a monthly commitment. Thanks guys for the great work!

We have mixed feeling about it. It's really good in getting reviews but the pricing model is unfair. We only wanted a plan with 100 orders per month but then discovered that only the premium plan will show the reviews on Google Product Listing. This is really not cool. The reviews belong to us and you can't force people to upgrade just so you won't block their reviews from showing in Google Shopping.

This is the best review app I've ever tried! App's design have a great UX design and customer service is really fast! They help me for free while other apps asked 10€ to install a widget.

The app is great. very user friendly. although i needed the developers help to install it. the only drawback for me was that you cant edit the email look and feel on the free plan. but on the plus side their support is FANTASTIC

The app is easy to install and customize. Definitively recommend it to any ecommerce business - you will not be disappointed.

To fully utilize Yotpo, Facebook Business Manager should be utilized.
However, we have been able to achieve a significant amount of functionality without FBBM and I will continue to use Yotpo for my reviews.
