Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

BUYER BEWARE: I've been with Yotpo for several years. We opted to move to a new review platform to save money for our small business. When I went to cancel my annual plan shortly after it auto-renewed, I was unable to do so in my account before it auto-renewed and needed to reach out to Yotpo support. They wouldn't cancel my account via email. They made me do a zoom call with their rep who instead of cancelling and disabling the auto-renew they repeatedly tried to upsell me more services. I was told by Yotp: "I really do appreciate where you're coming from and I'm sorry to hear, however we are unable to provide a refund on a live agreement as it has already been renewed per the terms. Because the contract renewed in June for a successive 12 month term, we are restricted in terms of changing the terms or the billing structure at this time but would be happy to revisit it in June prior to renewal. Unfortunately we don't have additional recourse here - the next step on our end would be to speak with our legal team, which in the spirit of partnership we are eager to avoid." Yotpo simply took my $6,388.00 with nothing more than an oops, sorry you're stuck with us. If you're considering working with this company know the support is subpar and getting out of an annual plan is very hard and they will upsell you more services - that's been my experience. The platform and functionality of Yotpo is fine and gets the job done. I've used them on both woocommerce and shopify. Now, I'm stuck with them until my annual plan is up for auto-renew, which I'm sure will never be cancelled and will require more zoom calls where they read from a script and try to sell moooooooore Yotpo.

this has been great to use. when i chatted with support happy was super helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. i will continue to increase subscriptions as my business grows, i love the plan flexibility
but would like a more handson help for business owners that dont know anything about adding codes. i have tried that once and had to reset my entire store and start over. that took hours and wasnt fun. so any additional features that require me to add liquid code and just dont do and i am missing out.

Great work by the Yotpo team, made it easy to transfer over. They moved all of our reviews from our old platform. They provide more tools to reach out customers and ensure they are satisfied.

Ronel R was an incredible help! Timely, kind, and productive. It was such a great experience and I would feel confident using the support chat again.

This is a goo app - I would install it on any store. It's pretty easy to use and install, it helps feature products with great reviews and oveall it's worth it. I'd say check it out.

So far so good with this app. I'm very happy with all its features such as giving coupons for reviews, the social media integration and the carousel looks great on my home page.
The customer service is excellent. Mary Ann answered both my queries promptly and helped me resolve my issues. Definitely a weight off my mind being able to chat with someone easily as I'm not always that technical!

I'm looking forward to seeing how it helps my business progress. Reviews are such an important aspect of business these days and I'm feeling positive that with Yotpo's features, it will help drive more sales.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Ronel helped me figure out how to allow my reviews to be shown on my store. At first there was a problem where my shopify debut theme wouldn't allow the code to go through and I would have to contact them but he was able to fix it right away!

Manny helped me a lot! Best customer service I have ever had! 1 hour of patience, tips and quick answers. Good job!
