I used this app to improve a lot of things: customer experience, customer acquisition, social proof, and relationships with people who visit our Store. We started out using the free product for a few months, then recently upgraded to the paid plan to charge our growth plans - the results are outstanding and it pays for itself! Love it
I had a good experience with the Yotpo customer support team, they made it quick and easy to resolve the issue I was having.
Works well with a ton of value. With Yotpo we've been able to collect product reviews and add beautiful Instagram shop strips to our ancillary pages. The customer service team is responsive and helpful, too!

Does it increase sales? Yep!
Does it give insights into your products, your store and your service? Yep!!
Does it teach you about your customers? Yep!!!
Does it help your SEO? Yep!!!!
Do people really care about reviews? (duh!)
Is it a good ROI? Oh my G... YESSSSSSSSSSS already!!!!!
This app does it all. No bugs. Nothing left half-done. It's the real deal!
But what about Yotpo Customer Service? Is Yotpo there for the store owner when you need them? I cannot imagine receiving a more responsive, professional service experience. I never had any serious issues (not one) but they always go out of their way to engage with me and politely "check in" (a fancy way of saying they continually “teach me”) how to use the app to the fullest. They provided me with a primary account rep., but I have also been on the phone with other team members who have helped me learn the tool….all are equally knowledgeable.
Their approach is to teach (not just support), and that are so smart to do this. Why would I ever want to churn or replace them? I am fully trained, totally engaged, AND I am seeing results from the awesome reviews my customers are providing me on my website and on social media too! As a marketer myself, it's a lesson that I must learn and apply; the "Yotpo Approach". They encourage and train their store owners (their clients, like me) on how to use the app instead of constantly email me with blogs or newsletters from a fancy marketing automation drip. I like blogs...really; I do (1% chance that I will find time to read them). But I value amazing service and engagement so much more! Yotpo is the gold standard in customer service.
Do my ALLCAPS make it seem like I'm shouting? That's because I am shouting! I am trying to shout the highest praise I can conjure for this group. They go above and beyond with their app, their support, and they grow my business like nobody's business (sorry for the cheesy marketing tag...I'll stop now).

I was amazed at how quickly the reviews started coming in once I had installed Yotpo! I had never received reviews until now - I'm so happy to see how excited my customers are over my products. Awesome app.
Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.

YOTPO is such a great review app that adds a lot of trust and transparency to our products. Installation and UI/UE is great, and customer service is phenomenal. We are NOT tech-savvy at all, so weʻve been working closely with Pauline from the Support Team and she has been phenomenal in helping to customize our widget colors and fonts to be brand-appropriate. Pauline was very responsive and was patient and kind enough to go through multiple rounds of revision with us until we got everything looking just right. Thank you so very much for creating a beautiful service, and for your outstanding customer service!

I like the layout and email easy use of the app. The setup was a little hard for someone like me who knows nothing about coding. But the one problem I had I emailed support and Josephine E helped me through it. It was a great experience
I love this app. I have used high end services that cost a lot of money to do the same thing Yotpo is doing. There service is great too, I had a problem with my reviews showing up on my page and they quickly fixed it!
