We were assisted enthusiastically by Ruzsel J and Arven to get imported reviews set up. We migrated from BigCommerce multistore to Shopify, which was a process due to the complications of having a multistore front. However, Ruzsel put in a lot of effort to make sure I was not frustrated due to their great attitude. Thank you.

Recently I migrated my reviews app from shopper approved to yotpo. There was significant costs savings involved plus yotpo has a lot more features available to help me collect more reviews from my customers (SMS, email, loyalty points) the onboarding process was very easy. I received very fast service from yotpo support chat (Doner P) to guide me through any issues I had in the process. I downloaded all the site and product reviews from my previous platform and uploaded them to yotpo so I was able to retain all the reviews I have built up over the years. I'll follow up again in the future to provide a review update when I can verify that google is receiving all my product and site reviews correctly.

I was excited about this initially but not anymore. Their service response time is super slow....takes a number of days...for simple fixes...and that IS NOT how a business runs in this age of the digital world....may be because my service is free...but that's even worse....looking an alternative before my store gets traction! i could give a Minus 1 Star..if there was an option!

The options in the app are confusing and difficult to sort through features and subscription levels. But, the reviews DO affect sales, and the support is very good. I had an issue with all reviews displaying on every page, not product-specific reviews. Nick was able to assist by editing the code in my theme to resolve the issue. Very grateful for the assist and support!

I contacted customer support today and the agent, Nicole, was very helpful and prompt. There is an issue that I will need to wait to see if it's resolved, but she went above and beyond in helping me fix an additional issue that I didn't even bring up at first.
