I find this app to be just what the doctor ordered. Very easy install. Polite interface for customizing. Great options for that customization, and the variable ability to drop this into any area I like within my theme is great.

Traffic is up, conversations are being had and it has spawned something I didn't consider happening; reviewers are also visiting our blogs and commenting/sharing those. Bounce rate is down, and time per page is up. Fantastic. Highly recommend.

Yotpo is really helpful. It drives traffic to your website and it helps improve people's trust in your business with reviews.

Very helpful customer support. I didn't like the way that the widget displayed on my website and they took over and made it look great. Nothing better than great customer service. Without their support, I would have moved on to a different option. I really like how seamless this app is. Very easy to use and manage.

Okay, I'm not going to lie... when I first installed this app months ago I never saw what all the hub-bub was about. After taking a second look at what this app had to offer just a few days ago, I was blown away and a little embarrassed by how useful this app is to my store! Within a few hours of setting up my preferences I was already receiving reviews from customers and fans. Definitely recommend this app to all Shopify users. Looks great on desktop and mobile sites, too!

This App is amazing. Within two weeks I've already received over 30 customer reviews and have captured several hundreds of dollars in repeat, incentivized business. You are a fool as a business owner to NOT use Yotpo. (check out my site to see how it works)

I've used this app for about two years. I do love things about it but it does slow down free shopify theme versions (I was using the carousel on the main page). I have used the help options multiple times with success but this last time (today) I had Doner who FINALLY helped me to get me exactly what I was looking for. I still have all my reviews but now on a page with a button so all reviews are stored in one place (including on each item page) and my site is already faster. Doner was such a huge help and far surpassed any other customer service member I've had these last few years.
