Very good app if a touch slow at the dashboard (not on our site) but that might just be down to scaling issues. I'd recommend this app to any Shopify store owner.

I just upgraded from the free account to their Prime level. Had a few questions about using some of the new features and decided to use chat to get them squared away. I've been with YOTPO now for several years and have been super pleased with them. I needed to make a couple of changes to my subscription and Doner was brilliantly helpful with that! Then after finishing that chat/fix session, I realized I needed more help with a widget issue (started a new Shopify theme today) and this time I got Rhemy, who was a complete wonder. I didn't have to do anything! Rhemy managed it all for me so quickly. Once again, YOTPO has come through in spades :) FURTHER UPDATE: Absolutely everyone at YOTPO has been exceedingly helpful. Just now it was Jeorge. Bless him, he was a trooper to dig through this (hopefully) last tweak I needed for my new theme!

I have been using Yotpo app for quite some time and for a small business it has been so helpful in growth and understanding what customers are liking (or not). Recently, customer service was so helpful when one of my customers caught something in an email for a review and it was a gliche on my doing. James from Yotpo was quick to help me resolve this via the chat and so relieved it was an easy fix.
I've now clocked in 50 product reviews for my website thanks to Yotpo. It's a great app to have that's a no-brainer for your website.
They helped explain the difference between the paid plans and free. I ended up signing up for both the SMS service and the upgraded Reviews app, and I'm confident both will generate more sales. The free Reviews app is what established my trust in yotpo.
Changed my Shopify Theme to an outside provider rather than on the app store and YOTPO helped me every step of the way to get it back up and running with custom code so I could show my reviews on collection and front page!
