A way too expensive and not worth it and definitely not worth the investment. I wish I elected Yotpo competitor, same price, and much much better customer service and all customer service is located in the USA.

The app is a bit slow, but overall it does the work and has good features. I had an issue with the backend and it was quickly sorted out by Lemuel from Yotpo. Good customer service and fast problem resolution.

There's some parts of the application that can use enhancing. For example, the coupon option to be conditioned to send out only following specific emails. It seems odd that there is not setting for this condition. As well, it would be helpful to have the app pick up on where the customer is in the email request flow. I'm having to manually cross reference the email list to ensure that all customers have received the follow up reminder emails - seems very inefficient. Customer support was amazing though! Keith was very helpful and supported with me with my inquiries on several different occasions. 5 STAR for customer support.

I recently migrated my website from another platform to Shopify and also needed my reviews migrated. I'm not the greatest when it comes to tech stuff and found it incredibly frustrating trying to figure out how to do it. After contacting Yotpo I was greeted by one of their techs named John G and I am so thankful to him. When I say I spent the best part of 2 days going from tears of frustration, to wanting to completely give up, I'm not exaggerating! John G was so patient and extremely helpful. He prompty responded back to every one of my numerous (and I mean numerous) requests for help, with clear instructions via text and even creating short videos showing me exactly what to do, in the hopes of helping me understand visually. I am forever grateful for his patience and all of his help. I now have my reviews imported to my new Shopify site. Yotpo is an awesome platform and I would thoroughly recommend using them.

I need to aware all the customers right there, This company is absolutely fraud and they just concern with money. I have subscribed their $49 plan and they are deducting $3000 from my card without my approval. Now I am going to Peruse against this company and also opening a dispute in Shopify so that they delist their App.

We would never deduct any kind of payment from your account without your consent. After looking into your account, we were able to confirm that your brand signed up for our annual plan which auto-renews each year.

The app is easy to use; however, there are some issues during my experience which I think are not quite convenient. Whenever I want to change the widget's display, it doesn't show immediately even though I select the "immediate update" button. This thing also happens with the auto-publish review (They told me that the review is published within 24 hours, but I thought it's supposed to be posted right after being submitted). Also, there is no "import reviews" part on the app at my end, and that's quite weird, but they did help me input it on the website. In general, the team is really supportive. They helped me to fix those problems quite fast. But if those above issues are fixed, it would give a better experience for users.

Yotpo works well for obtaining reviews and posting them to your site. BE FOREWARNED, however, that you will not be able to access the most helpful functionality (Google Seller Rating for CPC ads and organic listings and social media sharing of reviews) without upgrading to the $399/month version. Other reviewers have made similar comments, so I won't beat a dead horse, but this is a ludicrous amount for the average small business on Shopify, especially DIY startups. Shopify's own review app provides much of the functionality of the free version of Yotpo. This company is missing the big picture (ironically), which is always keep the needs of your customer foremost in mind.

Mary Ann in the customer service team was amazing am very happy with the support she provided. My developers were having problems displaying the star ratings on various pages of the website. Mary Ann helped me with this instantly and was able to do this for me.
