This is a great app, but terrible customer service. I have contacted the support team and received no help. This is such a shame, considering all the reviews I have read rave about the excellent customer services and subsequently, this was one of the main reasons I had chosen to go with Yotpo.
When reading Yotpo's tutorials they stated that when customers leave a negative review it is because ...
I am the 1000th person to review this app. It is excellent but it's pricing is outrageous and clearly made for large and established stores. YotPo is for business owners who don't want to or don't know how to do the things that this app does, and it does a good job at doing that for them.

Just installed and tested it. Works great! Connected it to my FB page and the review posted seamlessly. My store isn't launched yet, but I look forward to users being able to post reviews with this tool!
