Great customer service, I never had any issues. However, I decided to left yotpo due to the high prices.
Junalou was extremely helpful in assisting me to set up the app. Excellent customer service. App interface is somewhat clunky and challenging to navigate. Preview pages appear fairly inaccurate.
App is working well (3 days in) support team were EXCELLENT which is not always true of shopify apps...

I was able to install the app for free, and integrating it with Shopify was incredibly easy. What stood out the most was the excellent chat support. Good app for the free version. Has collected a lot of good reviews, and combined with Kit will allow to post to Facebook.
Reviews show up which is the only reason this product gets more than 1 star. My challenge with Yotpo is it's incredibly buggy and you have to constantly work with support. The support team themselves are very kind and work to solve the issue but for how expensive Yotpo is I really don't think it should be as buggy as it is.
