The support team is always ready to help you out, great customer service! Had a slight issue with adding the widgets because I was using an app for customizing my product page and they found a way around it.

Yotpo is easy and great to work with. Everything you need out of the box to help you start collecting reviews quickly. Best of all, the email template is simple and beautiful, and the ease for reviewers to leave a review is just simple. Working with their customer service support is awesome. Whether it is asking a question about their product or importing your reviews when you're switching ecomm platform, they will go beyond to help you out. Recently a client of ours migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify and our reviews was mappped incorrectly during the migration. Working with Eleen from Yotpo, she was able to help us update the mapping of our reviews.

the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if you think you need help do not use this app, on the other hand I could not finish the installation because it was very complicated and when I asked a question I had to wait 24 hours for the answer, they just They know how to send marketing emails and they have been blocked in my emails.

The worst customer service. Downloaded this app and uninstalling it just as fast as I did because of the crappy support I just got from Joian Z. You need to do better. Loox works just as fine even better and cheaper. Your prices are not cheap and to get such unhelpful support is a shame.
