Thanks to Reymon N he went above and beyond to help me with a review issue that no one else could!
I would have given this a 4.5 if given the option... the only reason I didn't give it a five was that it took a little bit of running in a circle before the issue was resolved. Thanks to Ethelbert Santos, it finally was resolved. It may have just been a communication issue. Otherwise, I highly recommend this app and the one for email/sms. Good job Ethelbert!
Overall app is fine but the support I got was terrible. They took so long to respond and the issue I was facing hasn't been resolved.

After over a month of trying to import reviews Wendyle got my case and instantly uploaded my reviews into Yotpo. With out exaggerating I spent over 1 month requesting assistance and not a single person was able to help out. Yotpo needs more reps like Wendyle.
When I contacted customer service, I was connected to Doner, who solved my problem quickly. We are very happy with this product.
