Yotpo has been an incredible review generation and management tool for our company. We've acquired reviews faster than we ever have before and are able to showcase these reviews across social networking sites and integrate them into our digital marketing strategies. Our Client Success Manager is also so helpful, collaborative and insightful. We love working with Yotpo and will continue to do so! I highly suggest using Yotpo.

We have used the Yotpo review app on our shopify store for the last three years. It is easy to use and does the job well (all for free, can't beat that!!). We recently updated our site to a new shopify theme. In doing so our historical yotpo reviews didn't automatically transfer to the new theme. I opened a ticket with Yotpo customer service and Ruel from Yotpo responded to it and offered to do the minor tweaks to the new shopify theme so our reviews would display. They created a collaborator link to make the work easy and safe and within 24 hours it was done. The new theme looks great and has all of our historical reviews. Great customer service, fast, efficient. All on a free app. Thanks Yotpo! If you aren't using Yotpo to capture and report your customer reviews, you should be.

Love this app! It's so easy-I don't have to think and customers are reminded to do reviews and they get rewarded. Even better, I love seeing the reviews pop up on my facebook page. Such a great app! Thank you!

This app helps to visualize customer sentiments in a really valuable way. We also ran into an technical glitch/issue, which Pauline at Yotpo helped us solve (and another issue in Nov 2019, which Jan at Yotpo solved). So after almost 10 years of a free account with Yotpo, we couldn't be happier.

We have used Yotpo for a couple of years now, it has many wonderful capabilities, and ways of acquiring reviews. However, they offer no technical support, only time you will hear from them is when it’s time to renew your contract, and when you find someone in support it’s someone from sales, with a superficial knowledge of the app, not someone who actually knows any of the technical stuff, which is why you needed them in the first place. We are looking for other options.
