I started using the free version and then upgraded to paid when my store got too much traffic for the free plan. I have upgraded my theme a couple of times and the Yotpo team has been great in helping me modify the code to get ratings exactly where I wanted them, always in less than 24 hours. These guy rock!
No complaints whatsoever about Yotpo. Excellent app! Simple to use, looks great integrated on our site. Highly recommended.

This application has definitely helped us sell more items, based off customer reviews. I was running out of emails every month to send, so I upgraded the plan to Growth 200, and then support team installed some snippets of code for us, to save us the time and the confusion. Very user friendly for someone who is technically challenged its nice to have a responsive customer service via chat. I have already noticed more people using this and posting the pictures in their reviews. It's really easy to share to social media too. Nice Work. ;-)
Second encounter needing help Ronel was great and addressed my issue quickly. I just needed to update my token and reconnect to Facebook but he helped me do all of that.
