I have been using the FREE version for many years but recently upgraded as my stores begin to pick up more sales volume. This is the best review app, period. Nothing else comes close. Got great service from Jeorge K. as well when I needed help with installation. Thanks Yotpo!

The chat option to talk to staff is a great feature. Questions are quickly answered. Sugar L was a great help and was able to answer all of my questions quickly!

There is no better reviews app out there. It's very interactive, drives ALOT of traffic, and the support team is amazing. I got a call from Dave at Yotpo letting me know that I could make a few small changes in the settings to get a better Google search results rating. IF YOU GET THIS APP, YOU WILL NOT REGRET A SECOND OF IT :) :) :) :)

We LOVE this app! It has increased our sales so much over the past 2 years. Customers OFTEN comment on how our reviews influenced their decision to choose our slow feeder for horses over other brands.
