Terrible app. Buyer beware. Would not let me create an account, their own chat help was of no help, and even after trying again. Worthless.


BAD BAD experience with these guys. 3 parties involved "Zendesk", "Zopim" and "Combidesk"
I had to create a few account before I could use the chat app on my website. The customer care doesn't have an idea why this app is $5 on Shopify and who will support it after the trial ends. Spent 2 hours to sort an app installation. VERY FRUSTRATING

The app is probably alright but the setup and installation before that made me drop it halfway. They will bring you to Zopim site asking you to login. then bring you back into zendesk, saying you are paying to Zendesk... but zopim says theyre charging you money as well. and all of this is being done on combidesk platform. damn annoying and complicated. Might even be scammy. Shopify already flags Zopim app as "USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK". Yet the irony is that they offer this service thats suppose to make YOUR CUSTOMER experience alot easier and better. Epic fail.

No idea what is going on with this app. Are you zendesk or tidio? Live chat doesnt even know. Cant see customers carts, cost is $5.00 plus additional costs. Seems like a mess


Avoid this app! I downloaded and uninstalled within the free trial period but was charged for 4 billing cycles until I engaged Shopify to help confirm this app was removed. Assuming this was an error somewhere on the back end?
