Good app. Takes care of our low volume returns easily. It has been enhanced with the addition of more carriers recently in the UK. Some glitches with the appearance of my "returns portal" / landing page in terms of font etc, but on the whole we couldn't live without it!
The app is highly functional, and I was very impressed with the excellent support team. Their assistance was prompt and helpful, making the experience even better.
