We’ve been using Zipchat for some time now and it’s been a solid addition to our store. It helps handle common customer questions quickly and keeps conversations moving without feeling robotic.
Setup was straightforward, the AI responses are easy to train, and it’s noticeably reduced the amount of manual support we need to do day-to-day. Overall, it’s been reliable, effective, and well worth it.
We have tried other AI chatbots. ZipChat stands on easy to retrain (althought sometimes even after training it commits the same misake), the answers are technical and very human-like.
Great app for a fast and thriving e-commerce business. Zipchat takes a large portion of inbound queries from our customers, allowing our staff more time to process orders and deal with more challenging enquiries.
