Zipchat has been an impressive AI agent. It responds quickly, understands what our customer is looking for, and helps guide them to the right products with ease. They are constantly adding new features. I'd like to say we will be using this agent for a long time!

Setup was straightforward, the AI responses are easy to train, and it’s noticeably reduced the amount of manual support we need to do day-to-day. Overall, it’s been reliable, effective, and well worth it.
We have tried other AI chatbots. ZipChat stands on easy to retrain (althought sometimes even after training it commits the same misake), the answers are technical and very human-like.
