We've been using ZipChat for quite a while now, and it has genuinely exceeded our expectations.
Initially, we were looking for a way to improve our customer service, and we weren't even sure if AI chat would become a permanent part of our setup. After seeing the results, that quickly changed. ZipChat has become the first line of communication on our website, allowing our team to focus on the more complex customer inquiries while the AI handles the majority of repetitive questions.
What impressed us most is how quickly it started providing value. The responses are natural, the setup is straightforward, and it integrates seamlessly into our workflow. Over time, we've been expanding its capabilities with custom skills and continuously refining our setup, which has made it even more powerful for our specific use case.
The team behind ZipChat has been just as impressive as the product itself. A special thank you to Anel, who has been incredibly responsive and proactive throughout our journey. He has always been willing to help, answer questions, and even expanded the character limit for our main prompt so we could build a more advanced implementation tailored to our needs. That's the kind of support you rarely come across.
We also had the opportunity to interact with Ruslan, the founder, when we ran into a technical challenge. He was immediately willing to jump in and help us solve it, which really says a lot about the company and how much they care about their customers' success.
If you're running an e-commerce business and looking to improve customer support while reducing workload for your team, I can definitely recommend giving ZipChat a try. It has become an important part of how we serve our customers, and we're excited to keep building on it.

We installed Zipchat (Enterprise Plan) a few months ago and the change is huge: reduced customer care tickets, more sales efficiency, ...and I'm amazed by the number of visitors who chat with the AI agent.
More than an App, Zipchat has actually great people that help you for the onboarding, answer to all your emails and create custom solutions based on your business needs.
5 stars is more than deserved, thank you guys!

We run a busy multi-channel hardware, garden and electrical store out of Athlone, and customer questions never stop coming. Zipchat has genuinely changed how we handle that volume. Setup was quick, it trained itself on our product catalogue and pages without much hand-holding, and within days it was answering detailed product questions accurately, including spec-level queries on appliances where we'd normally need a human. What sets it apart from the usual chat widgets is that it sells rather than just deflects. Highly recommended.

Our team was initially skeptical about chatbots in general, but we decided to give ZipChat a try, and it has exceeded our expectations! It's not your typical chatbot. As e-commerce owners, we have full control over the responses and the training materials for the agent. Even better, it actually drives sales! Our customers are very satisfied with the quality of the service. Additionally, ZipChat's support is excellent. We can definitely recommend this product!

We recently moved from Gorgias to Zipchat.ai and have been very impressed so far. The platform was quick to pick up content from our website, making the setup process smooth and efficient.

The AI recommendations have been excellent and feel very relevant to our customers’ needs. Overall, Zipchat.ai has been easy to use, effective, and a great addition to our customer support setup.

We would definitely recommend trying the 7-day free trial. We are also hoping they bring out an app version soon, as that would be very useful. One feature we feel is currently missing is a timestamp on replies from team members, so we can easily see how quickly we were able to respond to customers. We would also like to attached images or documents for customers for further reading, so far only our customers can attached files.

Alessandro & the team were great to work with.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would recommend Zipchat.ai to other businesses.

Great support and easy to use. Our team loves the ease of it and how our customers are getting help 24/7 without actually having to help them. We also love using this for our B2B and B2C sites but that it keeps the data and guidance separated. Highly recommend.

Zipchat is a fantastic solution for ecommerce operators. The interface is clean and easy to use, especially when compared to other alternatives in the App Store. The support documentation is strong and ready to be integrated into other LLM solutions to create your prompt and teach you how to use the app.
If you take the time to learn how to set up everything and write and tweak the prompts for the AI chatbot to use, it becomes an invaluable asset to your business and to your tech stack. You just need to be careful when creating the prompts so the chatbot does not waste AI replies that are left unanswered and that consume your monthly quota of AI replies.
Highly recommended and a no-brainer for any Shopify store, in my opinion.
