Zipchat AI Chat & AI Chatbot

I’ve been using Zipchat for my Shopify store since April 2024, and it has significantly reduced the time I spend on customer support. The AI handles most questions accurately and instantly, which has noticeably improved conversions. Setup was quick, and the interface is simple to use. Overall, Zipchat has become one of the most effective and reliable tools in my store’s workflow.

Very good customer service, the app is very easy to use and helpful, bringing us more orders, and we also recommend it to our friends.

It initially performed well, then deteriorated to the point of being ineffective. Early on, it generated some sales, but for over a month and a half it has produced zero sales despite increased website traffic. Customer support is inadequate; a support ticket submitted several days ago received no response. The pricing is unjustified for the results delivered. At $49 per month, it should generate at least $150 in monthly sales to be considered worthwhile. Switching to another one.

Exceptional product. Thank you Zip-Chat team. Been using ZC for four weeks, and the AI has over 600 replies, with a conversion rate of 20% and average spend of £130.00GBP. The AI has learnt very quickly the product range and its incredibly helpful, efficient and cost-effective. Anyone not using ZipChat is losing out on incredible value.

I absolutely love Zipchat.ai and I is really working wonderfully as I train the assistant! Responds realistically, in the tone of my business. I'm able to make corrections if there is anything I want to change and will help me focus on other things. We have been using ZipChat for around 2 months now and I have to say, it's really impressive. Even 'out of the box' the AI does a fantastic job of responding to customers questions, making recommendations etc. and the responses are far superior to a lot of 'chatbots' I have come across, even for huge corporates. There are then several ways you can train the AI through simple steps to make it even better, and the app has some fantastic features to help you make the most of its capabilities.

The level of support has also been second to none. Alessandro has been super helpful in helping getting everything set up and providing advice on how to get the most out of the app.

Overall a fantastic app and amazing support. Really exited to see what it can do over time as it continues to learn and we can really start to embed it as a member of the team.
