The customer service is super reactive. I've been setting up the tool to respond to customer requests, and we're getting interesting results. It helps save a lot of time on specific questions.
Out of the thousands of apps in the Shopify App Store, this is definitely one of the best! We have been using Zipchat for over a year now, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Plus, their customer service is incredibly fast and helpful whenever you need anything. Thank you, Zipchat team—you make our lives so much easier every single day!
This software is truly amazing and I highly recommend using it. You’re beyond foolish if you choose not to. We were using shopify inbox before and the amount of time energy and effort that my staff had to put in to get sales was a lot. With Zipchat Ai all that stress and worry is gone. It’s very easy to use, the team over there is incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend for any site especially one that gets a decent amount of traffic.

I uses Zipchat AI easy to setup it takes all the available data from shop and make it organize to answer the customers questions perfectly without the need of Actual customer support team, apart from this you can upload multiple type documents to train AI for more information.

I received several emails from ZipChat and initially wasn’t too thrilled about them. Basically, every company claims they’re better than the competition, and it was the same here. However, after a few not-so-great experiences with my previous chat plugin, I decided to give ZipChat a chance—even though it’s relatively expensive for a small shop like ours. In the end, I have to say I almost regret not having installed ZipChat sooner. The AI learns completely on its own, and you can also train it manually. The responses are so good that on our very first day we made a sale through the AI chat and even won a new customer. For me, it’s an absolute must-have app—not least because of Carlo’s outstanding support in accommodating my special requests. Thank you very much; we will definitely stick with you.
This app is truly amazing! Not only is the quality of the responses from the start exceptionally high, but the customer service is next level. They are quick to reply and efficient at fixing issues or adding suggested features. Sincerely, it’s one of the best apps we've tried in the Shopify App Store and we’ve tested a lot!
Easy setup, immediately crawled my website. Now the bot is answering 24/7. I fired some of my support agents which cut my operational costs. For only $50, its honestly a steal. I recommend it to all shopify owners who value their money and want to provide better customer support. Also, the support is great, they promptly answered my questions. 10/10 recommended!

Ehhhmmm what can I say! Support 5 stars, app 5 stars! It saves me soo much time on a daily basis for answering questions... its really insane! Before most customers went offline before I had the time writing a reply and now it is soo fast and the answers are much better than the ones I was writing! Also the time it takes me to look up orders is 10x longer than zipchat can reply! Big shoutout to Carlo for this app and his support! All issues I was facing got resolved within minutes!
Awesome app. Handles most customer enquiries even better than a live agent, focused on converting questions to sales, available 24/7. Super intuitive admin panel, great insights from the dashboard. The value it delivers exceeds the cost by far. Overall, we are very happy with zipchat!
