I received several emails from ZipChat and initially wasn’t too thrilled about them. Basically, every company claims they’re better than the competition, and it was the same here. However, after a few not-so-great experiences with my previous chat plugin, I decided to give ZipChat a chance—even though it’s relatively expensive for a small shop like ours. In the end, I have to say I almost regret not having installed ZipChat sooner. The AI learns completely on its own, and you can also train it manually. The responses are so good that on our very first day we made a sale through the AI chat and even won a new customer.
