App was overpriced but worked, one day it didn't and Sachin was so rude and offered no support. I decided to remove this app from my two stores in favor of a company that can understand basic English requests. I even warned Sachin I would do that and he was so smug he didn't even reply. Avoid this company at all costs.

Good app for making sure your site is compliant to accessibility standards

Don't even consider this app! We have been using all kinds of Shopify apps for over 10 years and this is the worst app and app support I have ever seen.

They can not do the simplest thing which is to automatically charge our Shopify account every month for our usage. They send me an email saying that our subscription renewal has failed, I go to the app to refresh payment method, I have to click ...

We need to be ADA compliant this works for us. They charge via traffic and while we get that, it could be easier to figure out ones cost comparable to our traffic. But this is a small suggestion and happy with it otherwise. I recommend it!

I haven’t had any issues with this app. Today, we need to be ADA compliant and this seems to get the job done. As with anything, it costs money, but why shouldn’t the people who created it get paid? I have been very happy with it so far, no ads have popped up, I renew it when the time comes and don’t allow my service to lapse.

I have been using this app for 3 years and it hasn't given me any problems to date. A customer recently reported to me that he/she received a delivery confirmation message that I sent. This message informed the customer that the app was "probably" not active on my site. In my opinion such messages exposed the me , as app -customer to serious legal consequences, and I did not appreciate it. ...

We installed this app to provide accessibility and also prevent lawsuits claiming accessibility problems. App works great. Easy to install. And when I had issues, Sachin was quick to resolve and went to great extents to help me. 10/5 stars!

Need to be compliant and after testing a few other apps, this was the easiest to setup and most cost effective. Definitely recommend this app. Also, customer service was quick to respond!
