Accessibility Spark ADA & WCAG

UPDATE: After the original 1-star review was posted (see below), the team did reach out to me and really took care of everything super quickly and with white-glove service. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app.

Was super excited based on all of the really great reviews, but this has been the worst app experience we've ever had.

Accessibility spark has been a breeze to work with. They take care of their customers and make sure that everything is working and running smoothly. Their app is the ONLY app in the Shopify store that makes you ADA & WCAG compliant. I know because I tried many other apps. That is the only reason I'm okay with the subscription price. If you have a problem they may take a day or two to respond, but they will help fix any issues that you might have.

Installation was seamless, was easy to customize to match my store, and on-boarding support from James was 10/10. Thank you!
Would love if an analytics feature can be added so we can track conversions attributable to customers that used the widget.

I did a lot of research into Accessibility widgets, Accessibility Spark had the highest review ratings but was more expensive than some of the others. I can tell you that its worth every penny! The installation was painless, the product does exactly what we need it to and within 24hrs our site was ADA Compliant (with audit as proof).
We needed a little extra help adding some special features and James from the Accessibility Spark team jumped in and gave us immediate support. I VERY rarely write reviews, but this company and its product deserve recognition, bravo! keep up the good work. Truly grateful.

This app is absolutely phenomenal for providing ADA and WCAG standards. After talking to one of the developers and integrating it we were totally sold on offering the best to all our customers no matter their disability. This app makes accessibility compliance super easy. The widget fits very well with the theme that I have for my site and the customization feature comes in very handy.

This app works great for my store. It adds the required widgets and does the heavy lifting for me to get ada compliance. Support was helpful and Alexander knew how to help me get started. Recommended!

The app was very easy to install. But more importantly, the customer support has been great because James has given us lots of great information which is important since we have been served. All I can say, if your site is not accessible, there are trolls out there searching for Shopify sites. I do wish Shopify would do more to protect the store owners
