Google Ads Pixel by Nabu

Only just started using this so can't comment on the accuracy of tracking or anything like that but what I can say is that It is very easy to install, took me around 5 minutes from start to finish. I was unsure if it was correct as it was so easy so booked a call within a day and they took me through everything. They also explained how it worked so I knew it was the right app for me as we have issue with our tracking and I wanted to know if this would be the right solution which it appears it is.

The app did not track conversions properly and the data was inconsistent with our Google Ads results. There are other apps that handle Google Ads and pixel tracking much better and more reliably.

Support was also disappointing. When we encountered an issue, we were promised a 3-month refund, but only 2 months were issued and the commitment was not honored. The discussion went back and forth without resolution and ended up wasting a lot of time.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and may lead to lost ad spend if tracking is not accurate. Merchants should be cautious before relying on this app for Google Ads tracking.
