Affirm pay‑over‑time messaging

as with others, I've come to see support is non existent, I've been with affirm for almost a decade had very little need to interact with them, it worked fine on my old site and for the most part has worked fine (at least on the shop pay side), switched over to shopify from woo 4 years ago and had troubles then, got it working on my own, and recently out of the blue, i noticed about 10k in settlements "missing" well log into the portal and they show them as captured charges, but the customer didnt opt for "shop pay" like the others, so i assume that may have caused it. but they have not settled them. Mind you, we have done more than 500k in Affirm transactions over the years. Dashboard has zero useful help, wont let me view my own banking configuration, has zero way to directly contact merchant support, and after 3 emails and weeks of nothing more than a few auto replies from them, I am still without these funds. I have sent a final one and copied their entire executive team, if that doesn't resolve it, the app is coming off my site and I'll simply refund the customers and tell them affirm is no longer accepted. the lack of merchant support is astonishing.

ZERO Stars!!! I have to wait 30 days for their regulatory checks before I get my first payout. So I already provided a product to their borrower and have to wait 30 days to get paid. What a ridiculous wait time!!!! The app does not work well with shopify themes and I have to login off site, in a separate tab to view my account. I can't access the bank info tab to see where my payout will be going, whenever I actually get my payout for my first sale under this app. I tried to click on the bank info tab and it just returns me to the home screen. There is no customer service number or online live chat. I have to wait a day or two to get a response. Customer service (most likely based in some 3rd world country) replied I will need to wait the full 30 days, there is nothing I can do or provide to expedite the information gathering needed for their review. So basically in the mean time, "go pound sand". Customer service never gave me an answer about the bank info tab error. I doubt CEO Levchin even cares about all these low reviews. Maybe, he should put his computer science degree to use and fix this horrible merchant app. I uninstalled this app and won't be using Affirm again as a merchant payout. Just a horrible experience overall!!!

I haven't been able to use the app, despite contacting technical support several times without any success. I no longer want or need this unprofessional app in my store.
