I'm writing this review just of my experience with my niche store. The only good thing was the live support. U can do pretty much nothing without paying 30$ a month for the basic plan. After paying I used all their reccomended apps and setup my affiliate program, but had no affiliates for a week. It's really not a good app for niche stores, or if you're a beginner. After buying the subscription a lot more apps pop up to 'increase affiliates' that are 89$ a month. So personally they just want to make as much money from you and there is no guarantee to find affiliates. I added 1 star because of the live support, wich is actually on every app but okay.

I did a tonne of research when looking for the best app that would meet my needs and be within budget. UpPromote shone through as a fantastic option and they are proving that I made the right choice.

I appreciate being able to be granular at the variant level for which products are included in our affiliate program and at what commission percentage.

I am also blown away by their support team. I've been helped multiple times now by Nick over chat and he has been fantastic at helping me customize the affiliate portal with our brand colours and sizing of the logo. As well as troubleshooting some of the functionality that I have needed extra support and guidance to understand.
