I’ve uninstalled the app but they still charged me $69, this is unacceptable, I don’t recommend
Hi there. This is Stark from UpPromote support. We would like to clarify that we do not and cannot charge users after the app has been uninstalled. In this case, you uninstalled the app 16 days after the billing cycle started. Despite this, we had issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. It breaks our heart to see such accusation from a Shopify merchant.
Really fast support, tons of features and it ease our process dramatically. Its the perfect app for us and everyone who wants to use affiliate for their business
I had zero clue how to set up and promote this Affiliate program. The customer service people are amazing. They really do their best to help us customers. Im so impressed!
