Our company has been paying for this app for a while and looking at the data it has done absolutely nothings for us. I feel like it is a waste of money and only really works for sites that sell items that are priced low.

The app is very easy to use and I like the idea itself about after-purchase upsell.
You need to put some effort into the strategic thinking. But if you don't have time for this, you can use the pre-designed funnel.
