Hallo, ich hatte ein paar kleine Probleme mit den Einstellungen bei Zopi, also habe ich den Support kontaktiert via live Chat schaltet sich der Supporter (Rocy) hinzu und half mir wirklich spitze durch alle meiner Probleme er half mir gute Produkte zu finden und erklärte mir ganz in ruhe wie ich welche Einstellungen machen kann damit der Shop so Effizent wie möglich läuft.

Der Service ist gut, auch wenn Sie manchmal keine Antwort auf Dinge haben, die im Hintergrund passieren. Wie z.B. dass ich als Verkäufer die Versandemails von Hermes/DHL für die Zustellung beim Kunden erhalte (als ob ich selber das Produkt bestellt hätte und es auf dem Weg zu mir ist). Das nervt und spamt mein ganzes Postfach zu.

全部自分の住所に送られてくる。

they are very fast and very helpfull
It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value.
