Really great and instant support from Zopi, and the CSM Karina is very responsive and helped me with my order problems

So far Zopi has been great. and I just got done talking to Lana from cust support. She was quick and immediately picked up what my issue was, and noticed a possible issue down the line, even understand what the end goal was. So yes, so far as I can tell, Zopi if 5 starts. and as far a Lana go's, Tell your boss that I said to give you a raise and 3 more days of PTO added to your vacation! Good Job!
