I used this app to import reviews from aliexpress but it doesnt work. It does send email and says its importing but refresh after 2 hours still nothing

spectacular free application it really help me a lot i never thought this app would be this good, i would recommend this to everyone that are looking for review app.
I love it. Very easy to use. Had a very small issue with downloading error due to cookie settings but was an easy an fix thru Shopify Community assistance (adjusted Cookie settings) which I highly recommend as well. Thank you.
So far so good! Spent a few hours on this app today trying to import reviews for 100s of products. phew
always give me a message "URL not Valid or not found"，it waste me lost of time, how could I do, uninstall the app?
