The app wasn't working and they answered the same day as it was fixed, I had some issue with other apps for the set up, hopefully they will help to publish the products too.

The team was able to help with my listing. After a few days and no idea what I was doing The team was able to help me set up the template and mapped the products to be uploaded to the Amazon store.
I usually go thru 3-5 apps before we find the one that is the best. This is my first download with Amazon and we won't look further. The app is great syncs and does everything it's supposed to do smoothly. The customer service and support is so good. One of the best. They are there instantaneously and have always taken care of us.

CedCommerce Amazon Channel App provided me expert customer support to add products to Amazon from my Shopify Store. The CEDCommerce Amazon app connects directly to Amazon Seller Central merchant accounts in all countries where I am already connected as a merchant. Initial setup is a bit detailed, but it allowed me to list directly from Shopify to Amazon in multiple countries, by creating templates and then cloning listings for each product listing. The AI feature is a amazing, making the listing process very straight forward. I had a great support team leading me through the process, and am looking forward to adding more listings from my Shopify store to Amazon, and also adding links between Amazon product and Shopify for up to the minute inventory control. It is a very good experience using this app, and I highly recommend this app for Amazon sellers!

Review of CedCommerce vs. Codisto
After more than 7 months of moving from CedCommerce to Codisto and then back to CedCommerce, I understand the complexities when it comes to integrating very complex systems. While both platforms promise seamless integration, there are stark differences that became evident throughout the journey.
Support: One of the vital aspects of any integration platform is its support team. Both CedCommerce and Codisto were commendable in this domain. However, CedCommerce had an edge when it came to their approach. They were prompt in their responses and exhibited a proactive approach by opting for meetings to resolve issues rather than resorting to lengthy email chains.
Functionality: Our primary goal was to map Shopify attributes to Amazon attributes. Unfortunately, this is where Codisto fell short. We faced hurdles primarily when it came to mapping the Parent SKU (which doesn’t exist in Shopify) with the Child SKU (Variant SKU in Shopify). Codisto’s inherent system limitations meant we had to seek other apps as workaround solutions. This was cumbersome and not an efficient use of resources. CedCommerce, on the other hand, understood these intricacies and offered a solution that was both intuitive and effective.
Overall Experience: After spending almost seven months trying to integrate our brand with Amazon via Codisto, the journey was exhausting. Thankfully, the transition to CedCommerce changed our narrative. Their agile response, combined with a robust platform that caters to specific needs, ensured that we were able to achieve our goals without unnecessary hassle.
In conclusion, while both platforms have their strengths, CedCommerce stood out as a clear winner for our specific needs. If seamless integration, excellent customer support, and tailored solutions are what you're after, CedCommerce should undoubtedly be on your radar.
