It was a great experience, the issue got resolved by Aanya Srivastava in a kind way with utmost clarity. The query has been resolved very quickly as well. I understood if the problem is conveyed properly, they are ready and equipped to provide the solution - Just in Time.

Great platform with great assistance whenever questions may arise. We are up and running on Amazon and it feels great! However, without the video assistance from the help team, the platform was difficult to figure out.

This app adds Amazone as a channel, which makes it very easy to publish and sync items. Support is almost instant and highley skilled, they helped me get through the jungle of Amazon curiousities.

Working with Yogesh today as a brand new user of CEDCommerce Amazon Channel, we have been a Shopify store for 3 years and now working to add Amazon as an additional sales channel. My experience with CEDCommerce so far has been EXCELLENT. Very responsive on the chat line as well as 2 live Google Meets sessions to help me list products and link my store. Yogesh was an excellent resource and answered all questions about Shopify and Amazon setup and linkage. So far A++++ ratings and great experience with CEDCommerce.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I hired them to upload my products to Amazon and was told there were synchronization issues between Shopify and Amazon, allegedly due to payment problems or vacation mode. After contacting Amazon directly, I confirmed that my Seller Central account is fully operational and ready to post products.

Despite providing screenshots and proof of my $300 payment, the service provider has not resolved the issue and insists the problem lies on my end. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails, and their customer service has been terrible since I made the payment. It’s hard to trust the positive reviews they have, as they seem fake. I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this app
