I'd be happy to help review your integration application, CedCommerce Amazon Channel is an integration application provided by CedCommerce, a leading e-commerce solutions provider. The Features and Functionality, Ease of Use, Compatibility and Integration, Performance and Reliability, and Customer Support are top-notch. I tell you i tried Codisto and it was not worth it, But CedCommerce is really wonderful. The Support person told me about the marketing and Shopify SEO to build sales.
From the moment I reached out to inquire about their service/product, the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They promptly addressed all my questions and concerns, providing me with the information I needed to make an informed decision.
When it came time to utilize their service/product, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by their team. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and the end result exceeded my expectations.

This app was not seamless. It would not integrate amazon seller account it was focused on amazon pay. The support was horrible no one responded to my request for help

I haven't uploaded my products yet, but so far customer service has been SUPER helpful and quickly available to answer all my questions. Looking forward to using this app to sync my Shopify & Amazon Handmade stores.

New to amazon and this app! Within the first 5 minutes of using the app I had a handful of questions. I was able to chat with a team member in seconds (REAL TEAM MEMBER, NOT A ROBOT) and they were able to answer everything I needed immediately. I am writing this review while currently still setting everything up with only a total of 20min using the app, but felt the need to submit this now as I was genuinely impressed with the response time and experience thus far.
Other app creators should take notes ;)
DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE! We installed this app for ONE DAY, LAST YEAR and they have been harrassing us ever since! I mean constant emails, IG DMs, texting our phone... If I could share screenshots on here I would. I mean there's spam and then there's stalking. Because of them, we've started sending account and data deletion requests to every app and platform we can find reference to in our emails because I seriously worry about our data privacy. How can they continue to email 18 months later? Shopify has gotta have some sort of policy in place to STOP THIS MADNESS!
