Can't upload to Amazon without multiple errors. Worked with four different reps in chat over four days and they'd promise to fix and then the next day I'd log back in and nothing changed. Too much heavy lifting to just get the Shopify catalog ported over to Amazon with this tool.
Horrible app. It constantly breaks and the service can rarely solve the issue quickly. This app's bugs are costing us a lot of money in sales. When it works it works well but it is not reliable enough.

#1. CS seems designed to infuriate you - they act dumb and talk in circles and willfully refuse to understand your question. Then give you infuriating answers like 'just turn it off' when you spent 20 minutes explaining that it wont let you turn it off.
