I was pretty excited to try a new Amazon API app. This one seemed more robust and solid than other. However, with Amazon's new API Update, mapping meta fields is almost required for anything with a Variant. For examples I sell posters with a size. A typical Size options is 11" x 14", but this no longer works for Amazon and you have to map two separate fields for Length and Width.

You either needs to pay $99 a month or a one time fee of $500 for a very basic option thats is now basically required.

I got so far two calls with the support team and they were able to help me link existing Amazon products to Shopify, however, I still unable to upload Shopify products to Amazon Handmade.
I don't know what else I should do, I'm still waiting for support, but not sure how to proceed, or if this call is the right app to cover my needs, apparently, is not.

Updated review: the first thing they do when you click "chat with customer support" is ask for a review. Obviously a lot of people give 5 stars because they want to be helped. After 2 weeks, all the same issues are still there. Today I asked for help again, there was one warning about a product variation. They "fixed" now there are 8 errors.

So far so good, just started using the app a few days ago and testing it out. Support with setting up the template to post t-shirt to amazon was helpful. However, there is an issue with the therhold inventory values not syncing to Amazon, that's a known issue. Hopefully that feature will get fixed soon but over all I like it better than using the previous app.
