I ran into some issues which was due to my ignorance and not only did they fix my issues, they offered to get with me in a video meeting and they literally gave me a one-on-one tutorial and explained everything directly! No other tech services that I know of would ever do that! They really take of you! Great customer service!

We've been using Ced Commerce for the past 6 months. CedCommerce has been a great app for our business, connecting Amazon with Shopify, enabling us to scale our business. Products and orders sync smoothly and the team at CED have been very supportive whenever we've had any queries. They have been quick to understand and respond to questions. This app is very well organized, stays up to date, and when there is an issue encountered, the support agents and devs are ready to help however they can. I really appreciate their support flexibility- being able to video chat and share your screen makes troubleshooting sooooo much easier and more efficient. We have been trying to integrate our Shopify store with Amazon unsuccessfully! We are not fully there yet but the customer service and tech support is amazing! Mohd and Mannu in particular have been working hard to take our store to the next level!
