CedCommerce Amazon Channel

I'm an actual client. The app is great, and the customer service is excellent. I had a small problem and one of the tech support guys was able to solve it in minutes. I highly recommend this app

We tried the Marketing Plan, however there was no useful support at all and none of the features listed in the plan were ever fulfilled. Chatting with CEDcommerce support in Shopify was just talking in circles with no solutions. We had one audio-only meeting where they told us we'd get an audit by a certain date and after that, they would need Amazon Partner access. The audit never came, and then they said it was because they needed access to complete it. We sent the link but they weren't able to use it and sent instructions on how to do exactly what we already had done to send it. After 3 weeks we gave up and cancelled.

The app provides fast support and clear information, which has been incredibly helpful to me. I appreciate the friendly and polite demeanor of your support staff. They have been patient with me, even when I had multiple questions or needed further clarification. It's refreshing to interact with a support team that genuinely cares .Thank you for creating such a helpful and user-friendly app

This app, along with their app associated with Etsy, has been extremely helpful. I have been most impressed with their customer service. As most of you know, Amazon is not very user friendly when uploading products. Ced Commerce helped me with several issues in a very timely manner.

Mohd helped me a lot for solving the attribute error. i was struggling from past 10 days to upload my product to amazon but with the help of him, i successfully uploaded it in a day. thanks for the great support
